About Me

I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up fully as yourself, without judgment.

As a Latina therapist with lived experience of ADHD, I understand how culture, identity, neurodiversity, and relationships can all shape the way we see ourselves and connect with others. I offer an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals and couples who want to strengthen their connections, improve communication, and deepen self-understanding.

I work with adult individuals and couples who want to build self-worth, increase emotional awareness, and improve how they relate to the people in their lives. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to better understand yourself, therapy can be a place for reflection, growth, and meaningful change.

My approach is collaborative, flexible, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral techniques. I draw from these tools to support concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and relationship challenges, while tailoring each session to your unique needs and goals. I aim to create a space for both insight and practical strategies that support real-life change.

Clients often describe our work together as thoughtful, warm, and exploratory. I bring warmth, humor, and honesty into the room, while also supporting you in noticing and shifting patterns that may no longer be serving you.

I chose this field because I believe in people’s capacity for change. I have seen how powerful it can be when someone feels truly seen, understood, and supported—and how that experience can open the door to meaningful growth.

If you’re considering therapy, I know how important it is to find the right fit. I offer free 15-minute consultations to help you decide whether working together feels right for you. You’re welcome to reach out whenever you’re ready.
